Tempo support

For help with Tempo, email help@kineticapps.io. Include the email or phone number on your Tempo account, a short description of what happened, and the app version when available. Never send us a password, one-time code, OAuth token, API key, or private source content.

Get help in the app

From an authenticated Tempo screen, use the issue-report control to describe a problem. Tempo shows the captured screenshot before sending it; remove the image if it contains private work. The report includes limited app, device, and screen-path details so we can reproduce the issue.

Reset data or delete your account

Reset Tempo data

In Account → Reset Tempo data, you can remove imported and derived Tempo records while keeping your sign-in identity active.

Delete account

In Account → Delete account, you can initiate deletion of the Tempo account, its sign-in records, connected credentials, and associated Tempo data. Tempo signs the account out as soon as the request is accepted and completes the remaining deletion work on the server. See the Privacy Policy controls section for retention details.

If you cannot access the app, email help@kineticapps.io. We will verify that you control the account before acting on it.

Security reports

Please use the instructions on our Security page for a suspected vulnerability or unintended data access. Do not test against another person's account.
